Liked: Breakfast was included
Disliked: I wasn’t expecting the Ritz or anything, but I just think that people working in hospitality need to display a level of class above the rest of us.

Nice stay, but room for...

Liked: The pool was very nice. The breakfast was good, and there was plenty to choose from. The room was spacious and comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom lock didn't work. The kitchen sink didn't drain good. Accidentally let items behind and called about 25 minutes after we left to tell staff to get the items, and I'd be back to get them. When I returned the front desk, staff tried to help, but the cleaning lady acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and the items were missing. The front desk clerk let me look through the maid carts, and I found my stuff, except for a toy my granddaughter left behind. Overall, it was a nice stay. Definitely will have to be better about checking the room before I leave, but I felt the hotel should have had a lost and found or something, especially since I called and came back the same day to retrieve my items.

Convenient in terms of location...

Liked: The breakfast was good and the front foyer was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Out room was not cleaned to proper standards. We had a king bed and pull out couch. The bed was nice and neat, but we were hesitant to stay on the couch. The couch was stained, filthy, and the pull out had food, wrappers all inside. We didn’t even use it because of this.

Decent, safe but needs upgrading

Liked: Convenient location to Syracuse University. Easy parking.
Disliked: Overpriced. Furniture needs an upgrade….sofa in room was stained, no bedding for the pull out sofa provided and king sized mattress was very soft and squeaky.

Very good

Liked: Very nice and quiet hotel at a decent rate. This was a good option as a one night stay over after visiting Cooperstown and on our way back to Buffalo for a Niagara Falls visit. Nice 2 bedroom/2 bathroom set up, so our boys could have their own room and bathroom. There was even a good-sized and well equipped kitchen.
Disliked: Air conditioning in 2nd bedroom leaked onto the floor overnight. We just put some towels down to soak it up and let staff know at checkout. Breakfast options were sparse when we got down to the breakfast area, since we got there towards the end of the breakfast time.
