Pleasant

Liked: I liked the amount of space in the room, the full sized kitchenette, and the toiletries. The beds were decently comfortable and the bathroom was good sized.
Disliked: When I checked in I was told they were completely booked and items were limited. They were able to give us sheets, a blanket, and one pillow for the sofa sleeper. The woman in line behind me only got sheets. When we got to our room the key worked after trying it 10 times. This was a continuing problem throughout our 3 night stay and we had to have the keys remade 4 times. They had no clean towels the second day and told me to go check the pool towel cabinet outside. The breakfast was decent tasting, but they were very slow to refill and only refilled small amounts at a time. There was one fork for our entire suite, which was meant to sleep up to 6. Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed. There were no hangers in the closet. The arm of the couch was ripped open and the cushions were stained. The hallway smelled like mildew.

Good Hotel

Liked: The staff was great, the room was also big for a family of 6 which I love. Not many hotels have enough room for my family. Breakfast was good, I just wish they would offer things like turkey or chicken sausage/bacon. Not everyone eats pork or beef. The pool was nice and also they had a washer and dryer which I like because I hate bringing dirty clothes back home with me.
Disliked: I had to go down to get a blanket and pillow for the pull out sofa. That should be available in the room already. Also the room was a little dirty like dusty and food crumbs were on the sofa. Also some of the outlets weren't working, definitely should take a look at that.

Clean and comfortable

Liked: Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lobby and pool area was very nice.
Disliked: The area....the hotel was located in corporate park area with no restaurants within 10 minutes. No area or park to walk to.

A true vacation feel with...

Liked: The Breakfast was really good. There was a lot of variety. The 24 hour coffee and juice area was a major bonus. I really loved the space in the room. I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms could use a little updating but it is not that bad. The hotel/rooms/laundry area were clean and inviting. The front desk staff are always helpful and polite. Major bonus is the outdoor pool. The water is great and very clean unlike the stuffy over chlorinated indoor small pools most hotels have. This gives off a true vacation feel. They even provided pool toys and a barbecue/ outdoor dining area. When we step inside this hotel we feel very comfortable and enjoy our stay every time.
Disliked: The timing of the breakfast Buffet is kind of early for us. (6am-9am). I wish it could have ended a little later like 10. Other than that everything was great. Whatever needs we have, the front desk addressed it really quickly. Even late night towel requests and bedding for the sofa bed !
