Dirty, Disgusting, Disappointing, Unprofessional, Uncomfortable,...

Liked: Location & light switch, after that it went from bad to worse to horrifying
Disliked: Staff not helpful & inexperienced. The manager disconnected from property all weekend… she rather blame her team, as long as it wasn’t when she is on shift, it’s not her fault! She doesn’t have authority to rectify her teams poor performance without letting her HQ know what they did wrong & then head office can approve how best to handle & respond

Liked: Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Very noisy. You can hear everyone walking past your room. Guests next to us extremely noisy, banging on the doors during the night.Does not list cost for parking online.

Location was good...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: I had to pay an extra $20 per night for secure parking. The bathroom was average. The mattress was hard and lumpy. The TV only had the free channels, no foxtel etc. The toilet was too close to the wall.
