Very good

Perhaps Bad Luck - But...

Liked: The size of the room is excellent. There is a desk in the room and a sitting area.
Disliked: I arrived late for just a quick stay on a stopover in Melbourne. I booked the location because I had stayed there before. The checkin was quick and easy, but that was the only positive of the night. The room I was given was apparently the suite and felt like 15-20 years ago it was top-of-the-line. The paint was peeling and the carpet seemed like it needed to be replaced. But the worst part was that when I went to shower and use the bathroom the water was shutoff. I attempted to call reception because I was unclothed and the call didn't go through. The receptionist then called my phone, and was able to turn the water on. This would have been a pain anyway, but was especially frustrating at 2 AM.
