Frustrating, they steal your stuff.

Liked: No breakfast, some staff could care less. Parking was only 4 blocks away, I like that.Night life is very close. Beach is nice, just like anyplace. Don't have to worry about police presence, zero.
Disliked: I thought it would be fun here. The location is full of crime. The homeless are stealing all kinds of suitcase's and scooters.dont leave anything out for a second. The staff just walked in on me in the bathroom, no reason. Sketchy.

Disliked: No coffee or tea for the guests they said that they have water it was a small container and the coffee that they had in the lobby was horrible and cold they need to have at least small bottles of water in a proper fridge and a coffee maker and hot water for tea the good coffee smell in the lobby always makes people feel welcome

Disliked: It was very old. Needs some new paint.

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: Everything was going great until I stepped outside my room for 5 minutes to get water in the lobby around 11pm and I couldn't get back in my room after that. Nothing worked, we tried different cards at first and also a master key, and still nothing worked. So we figured the issue was with the door. What they called a "jumper" didn't work to "charge the door" so around 1:30pm they gave me a different room, but I had nothing on me, phone, credit card, and I was only able to get to my room at 9:30am the next day. I thought it was pretty crazy how they had no backup plan, no emergency plan. I was on my period (to add to the stress and inconvenience) and this was the last night of my trip so I was hoping to get a good night of sleep before traveling back to my country and that did not happen. They said they'll refund me for the last night and I think that is done through booking, but I still have to figure out how to request one here.

Amazing Staff, Superb Studio, Great...

Liked: A very warm welcome from Paula, I arrived early and my luggage was securely stored. The Vegan restaurant outside serves outstanding food.The TV wasn't working in my room and I wanted a room with a view.Florence was amazing with helping me to choose a room on the third floor.The studio rooms are very spacious and have everything you need.The location is spot on, round the corner from miami tours and plenty of places to shop and eat.I've got to add how amazing Florence & Paula were. All the staff are friendly.100% will stay again.Thank You
Disliked: Only stayed for 2 nights, should have booked longer. It'd be hard to find a better place & staff.
