Crescent Bay Inn Laguna Beach

Delightful

Liked: Close to Beach/Ocean. Easy to walk to Beach/Ocean, park, shopping, restaurants. Nice to have a carport to park in out of the sun. It was quiet. I did not hear other guests coming and going . The front office staff was very friendly and accommodating he let us check in early. Gave great information on the area and how to get around easily (trolley schedule etc)

Liked: Crescent beach is a true beauty. Just 1/2 block away. So is the park 1 block with great views especially at sunset. Summer trolley a 2 block pickup, but drop off right across from the Inn. Parking is a bonus.
Disliked: It's an older property, but the rooms are decent.

Family Vacation

Liked: This is definitely a hidden gem. I wasn't sure what to expect, because I booked this place on a whim. The rooms are nice, comfy, and clean. The staff are amazing and extremely kind. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. Very accessible not too crowded. I highly recommend this place. The view from the room was lovely.
Disliked: There wasn't much to dislike. I think the only thing was the bed was a little uncomfortable, but I'm very sensitive. Everyone else slept comfortably.

Liked: It was very convenient being a short walk from the beach especially since parking was near impossible to find.
Disliked: Borderline scammers! 5 days with two young kids (3 year old and 7 month old) we cleaned up after ourselves with no housekeeping the whole time but with no vacuum or mop there’s only so much we can do (even got on my hands on knees to pick up trash off the floor plus took out all the trash in the room). 7 month old had a blow out on the mattress cover that we tried scrubbing out but they charged us $200. You think you’re saving money here but really they’re just gonna hit you with a surprise charge that’s not even close to what it should cost.
