Wonderful stay so close to...

Liked: Great location, clean and very nice, helpful staff
Disliked: Nothing

Nice location.

Liked: The location is lovely, a very short stroll to Crescent Bay & the point for sunsets. An easy walk to town and a short walk to the free laguna trolley stop. There is also a bus stop for the public bus close by. The room was quiet & did have a nice ocean view.
Disliked: We booked the King Room with a fold out couch, the reason we booked was for the fold out couch however on arrival we were told none of the fold out couches work & haven’t been replaced since the pandemic (weird excuse). We arrived a little early and were told there was no space to hold luggage & it would be $30 (cash only) to access our room (which granted, was then given to us when we said we would wait). We also didn’t like having to get coffee supplies from reception, would have preferred to just have had this on our room. If we had known the fold out couches didn’t work, totally would have booked elsewhere!

Liked: For the price it is great, location is amazing and the staff is super friendly. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in Laguna for a quick trip.
