Disliked: The room, the quality, over priced , the smell, lied about getting deposit back etc

terrible, not recommend to anybody

Disliked: During check in process (which was virtual) I was told to pay extra $85 for "third party cleaning service" and $15 for parking.I refused to check in on these conditions. When I booked the hotel, there was no mentioning of the additional fees. The whole enterprise looks like a scam. Recommend others to avoid this property at all costs

Disliked: The rooms were super small, parking was limited and the $250 deposit "not being" refundable

Disliked: Property and booking company aren’t on the same page with each other . On booking .com the cleaning fee said full refund and it was $100. When I get there it’s 250 half refund. A lot of back and forth going on. When I tried to call for customer service nobody would answer or they would just hang up my call

Liked: It was not what I expected for the money I spent that place was run down, dirty , smell of mildew , the pool was cleaning then the room I stayed in, the shower dripped water all night , the room I stayed in the wall panel was torn and a hole in the wall , I recommend that you never send anyone else there and I recommend and ask for a refund I had a terrible experience and stay in room 105.
Disliked: It was bad place to stay room 105 is where me and my wife was place it is terrible there it’s a place for hooker and etc . it is terrible.
