Worst stay ever!

Disliked: bathroom was molded, seems there is no housekeeping service. The room was dirty, with stained carpets and worn-out bedsheets that smelled bad I’m not even sure they were clean. Mold covered the corners of the walls. Even by make up requests, they didn’t change the towels or make up the room at all. The dirty, wet towels I asked to have replaced were just re-hung on the wall! Completely unacceptable. Terrible soundproofing literally sounded like a beatbox. You could hear every little sound, whether it was coming from the far side of the building or floors above or below.

Terrible smell, what looks like...

Disliked: There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the room, and something that looks like mold on the wall. The bedsheet had a hole in it. I asked to change the room, but was told that no other rooms were available. I have allergies and couldn’t sleep all night. Further comments are unnecessary.
