Nice overall but staff didn't...

Liked: Average breakfast, would be nice to have a vegetarian with or without egg option.
Disliked: confusion over Holiday Inn Express bookings online. I had to cancel the Creekside and keep the Holiday Inn at a cheaper rate but then got charged more than my booking anyway. After calling and asking about the rate I was charged, hotel staff said their manager Russell Terry would call me back and straighten it out but I never got a return call.

Great Stay

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Professional and helpful. Both day and night shifts. Breakfast was good. Room comfortable and clean.

Nice motel with excellent woman...

Liked: Clean, quiet, comfortable, and on the opposite side of the freeway from the casino.Breakfast was ok, I do like oatmeal from a pot and they provided nuts, raisins, and cinnamon to enhance it. I’m not a fan of powdered eggs, but they had some descent sausages and varieties of cereal and bread.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but if you find yourself in Room 320, and you want hot water in the sink, be aware that the plumber mixed the supply lines under the sink, so after waiting about 10 minutes and having run the tub long enough to find that, yes, they did provide hot water. I turned off the hot (left) side and turned on the cold (right) side, and sure enough, we found what we were looking for-nice hot water in the sink.

Liked: The room was clean and newly updated. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. The room was spacious and had a couch , another comfortable chair next to the couch and a table with 2 chairs to sit in. There was also a sink, microwave, refrigerator and counter space. The tv was huge and there was a nice little bench under the tv to sit or put your belongings on. The room was very clean and the bedding was also very clean and comfortable. The two nightstands had plenty of outlets and usb ports for all our electronics. Although the hotel was completely booked you couldn't tell because it was very quiet and we were able to sleep peacefully without being woken up by noises from other's. I would highly recommend staying here.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

Liked: The overall stay was nice. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so they only had the 3rd floor available. The rooms were nice and new, clean. The breakfast was good but not great. The pool was closed due to the remodel but we were offered to use the casino amenities if we wanted so that was nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had less than warm showers and the bed was so hard. Not the best pick for a new mattress in my opinion.
