Liked: What a gem. Gorgeous decor and special touches in the room all in keeping with decor. So sorry we were only staying one night. Staff were fabulously helpful. Breakfast in hotel offered every possible want!!
Disliked: Nothing. Exceptional hotel.

Good stay at the City...

Liked: Location, staff promptness.
Disliked: Bathroom water outlet was blocked and hence taking shower was really annoying. No lift. Narrow spiral stairs. Difficult to carry trolley bag. Also the curtains were really small as compared to the windows.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: The atmosphere is very nice and the room decoration is beautiful. Great location and helpful to take luggage before check in.
Disliked: It didn’t have a fridge in the room.

Disliked: The rate is very expensive. Rooms are very small. I used a two bedroom suite. No adequate wardrobe only shelves situated to one side of the room. not enough space to roam around. Not enough shelves to place your items and not enough room to open two luggages. The bed was nearly under the main window. Tea or coffee facilities not always reliable. At one point the machine was empty of water!
