Great! Location was perfect!

Liked: Simple and easy to check-in and staff were super helpful
Disliked: Bathroom a little musty. And how does one turn off the fridge light that beams into your room?

A good stay in Squamish

Liked: Great location for visiting Squamish and doing sea to sky gondola. Comfy bed and very clean. Good toiletries and hairdryer provided.
Disliked: It had a scruffy feel to the place, and aircon was ineffective.

Liked: During our check in, Julian was excellent… very helpful and so personable! We needed some assistance with our TV, and he handled it very quickly and patiently!Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, Julian changed our room to one that was a bit further from the pub, and we didn’t hear any noise.Crash is doing an amazing job with their “virtual” approach… great communication and easy to follow any instructions, even for 2 Senior Citizens on a rafting adventure! (Shout out to Canadian Outback Rafting! Excellent trip!)
Disliked: I was a little concerned when I saw that it had once been “The Chieftain”- my last stay in Squamish was decades ago, and The Chieftain wouldn’t have been the place to stay! But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable bed to sleep in, this is a great place. The lobby feels a bit like you’re in a youth hostel, so I recommend you keep an open mind!
