The staff was very kind...
Liked: It was really busy so breakfast was crazy. I think the staff was trying their best but coffee was out, creamers were out, juice was out. Just seemed like they were over booked for breakfast and didn’t have a lead to keep things filled.
Disliked: I think it was probably the rush of Christmas week but the room was not heated when we got there and no one had cleaned out the mini fridge or restocked the room coffee station.

Liked: The staff was excellent, the room was very clean. The check In process was very easy.
Disliked: I paid for an upgraded room in booking.com (king bed) and the room we received was extremely small with a double bed. The bathroom was tiny, but adequate.I was led to believe the breakfast would be served, but it was a typical hotel serve- yourself breakfast. I feel I was led to believe this was a bed and breakfast but was more of a old motel.
