Lovey, but unfortunately the last...

Disliked: Only problem was with hot water one evening, we didn’t have enough and although they offered a room switch it wasn’t worth the trouble for as we were leaving very early the next morning. I would’ve preferred a credit towards our next stay as I stated but they would not do that because I didn’t book directly through them but I tried to even after I found out how much it was on the third party app, but they wouldn’t match it, so to save and get the best price I used Expedia.
