Nice size room, private and...

Liked: It was easy to book on booking.com, the check in went smoothly, except for the manager barging in like a customer and demanding the clerks attention, then going behind the desk and doing it herself, making me feel unwelcome. Central location, reasonable price and close to all amenities. The partnership with Kilmorey seems helpful, nice restaurant across the street.
Disliked: I was assured 3 queen beds and a soaker tub, but when we arrived there was 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, no tub. I ended up sleeping on a pull out couch that was not very comfortable. The bathroom was tiny and cold. And the staff could only give me half an hour late check out even though I was eating in their restaurant (meeting people also staying at the lodge), and two staff came to my door to rush me out immediately at 1130.

Liked: The service and the location.
Disliked: No fireplace, you can see the pictures that everything it's ready to use but when you arrive everything was removed and you can't use it, but you can't find any info about that.One of the heaters of the room didnt work, so they put a small portable heater that... Wasn't enough (we had to ask for another one) and it made power lost twice, and you don't have access to the power fuses, so we had to wait more than an hour to get power back. (It's not the reception boy's fault, he tried his best...)

Liked: Nice bed, huge TV, helpful friendly staff, beautiful location, top drawer facility
Disliked: No microwave. However, staff heated food for us in the kitchen and all was good.

Over all it was awesome!...

Liked: The staff (Catelyn) was very friendly and accommodating. She was very easy to talk to.The place was very really rustic and charming.We enjoyed the peace and quiet surroundings - exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: There were a lot of places that shut down for the winter - just be prepared for that - especially if you have certain food preferences as there will not be too much of a choice around the area.There is a coffee machine and an electric kettle provided - which is very good - as there are no coffee shops open.
