You get for what you...

Liked: Bathroom was clean.
Disliked: Location is bad, very far from downtown plus it didn't feel safe.The reception was dirty and the stuff wasn't welcoming. The carpet in the bedroom was disgusting and it didn't has air conditioning. It was a bad night with a fan that barely worked. I paid few I guess I got for what I paid. However, if the carpet was cleaner it could have been a better experience.

Liked: Nothing really. There was no fan in the room. No chair to sit. What is the point of having a table in the room then as there was one.

Liked: during my recent stay at Crane Brook hotel . Upon our arrival, your staff requested a deposit of £100, which I agreed to pay. Though I offered to pay in cash, your team insisted that the deposit be made via card, assuring me that it would be promptly released following check-out.I checked out on June 10, 2025, and as of today, July 1, 2025, I have yet to see the £100 credited back to my account.

Stay in Cranbrook

Liked: The staff, very friendly, helpful, trying to meet our needs... .rich breakfast, very reasonable and good value for the money...
Disliked: Carpets.....easy to fix this problem...don't understand why it has been like this....after so many complaints.....

London trip June 2025

Liked: Nothing i didn't actually get to stay at this hotel
Disliked: They took a £100 deposit from me, having only notified me that morning, despite having booked my stay back in February 2025.They then informed me that id actually be staying at another hotel around the corner. Again they could have advised me of this beforehand. Once we arrived at this other hotel, we got taken to another building,......

Great location and very friendly...

Liked: The property is in a great location, close to Ilford train station and the staff are very friendly.
Disliked: The rooms are dated and a bit tired, but on the whole it was clean. I run an electrical safety business and immediately noticed 2 appliances which would fail portable appliance testing. The £100 damage waiver is quite steep.
