Liked: The room, bed, and space. The location was good and the parking facilities were excellent. Mary at reception was very good.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was stained and ripped. The shower 🚿 pipe wasn't good, nor the water pressure. That needs changing.

Liked: The place is clean with good cleaners who are determined to clean every day of my stay and change towels
Disliked: The receptionist are welcoming and cheerful

Worse hotel I have ever...

Disliked: Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirty, they had nails in the wall for coat hangers. Had to move rooms because tv wouldn’t work. In the corridor there was an electric plug hanging off the wall. Just dirty and worse ever hotel I stayed in. Never again will I book there or any hotels involved in that hotel.
