Disappointing

Liked: The building is beautiful. Great location.Staff friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Upon entry, the room had a strange smell. The room was terribly noisy. No soap in shower. Blind in bathroom didn’t open correctly so i had to tie it up to ket natural light in.

Disliked: Layout of room, with no door or curtain between bedroom & bathroom.

Would go back again and...

Liked: Great location just across the street from Her Majesty’s , Ballarat where we saw the production of Wizard of Oz. Our room 217 was perfect very warm and comfortable bed with a great walk-in shower. Dinner in the hotel restaurant before the show was very nice and served quickly so we could get across the road on time.
Disliked: Nothing
