Ok but review don't line...

Liked: It was only about 15 minutes from the airport.
Disliked: It felt like the owner has mailed it in. Little things make a big difference and don't cost a lot. For example, we each got one towel for showering, no washcloths or hand towels. No bottled water was provided or any biscuits to go with the tea. The water pressure in the shower was bad. It was also a warm couple of days in Edinburgh and with no air conditioning it would have been nice to have a fan or some way to cool off the room at night. Also, very plain decor. Could have hung some more pics to make it feel less like an afterthought. These extra "amenities" might cost to owner about 10 pounds or so and would make a huge difference in the experience. We will not be staying here again.

Liked: Very nice clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, good location, bus into town every 15mins stops right outside, would recommend.
Disliked: No breakfast.

A clean and comfy place...

Liked: We thought the property was lovely. Our room was perfect, as a family of 3 (inc a toddler) we had so much room for all of our luggage and plenty of sleep space. The location was ideal with a short bus trip to our planned activities (zoo and city centre). The bus stop was right outside the accommodation. Our room was very clean, with an en-suite, tv and 3 beds. We were very comfortable and relaxed.
