Liked: Great room for our one-night stay before leaving from Edinburg Airport the next morning. Early morning checkout was a breeze. Easy to find the property location and the on-sight parking was great. Access to public transportation (bus and tram) was very convenient.
Disliked: Nothing. All good!

Great stay, nice host, will...

Liked: Very bright but soundproof due to double windows.Very comfy beds and lovely room. Great host and very good communication (we have asked for earlier check-in and the possibility to store luggage on the check-out day).Had a pleasant stay. Location is very good, only a 15 min Uber drive away from Edinburgh airport. Would recommend and visit again.
Disliked: It was not possible to open the windows but the air ventilation was good so there is no need for manual airing.

Liked: Enjoyed access to full kitchen, common sitting space,, and spacious room. Also quiet guests and little traffic noise even on a main road.

Great guest house

Liked: Friendly welcome and helpful information regarding transport and local facilities. The room was clean and tea, coffee and toiletries were readily available. Short bus ride to the zoo and Edinburgh Town. Fresh towels supplied and tea and coffee topped up daily. We were encouraged use the kitchen which was great for us, I cooked breakfast and used the dining room also.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location, ease of self check in and comfortable bed. Host communication and flexibility on late check out.
Disliked: Foul smell in bathroom! Quite intolerable. Mildew or mold? Difficulty opening windows due to bulky cumbersome curtains.
