Liked: Perfectly family place
Disliked: Only negative was not able to take mobility scooter into the hotel due to their insurance policy. You can hire one but only till 6pm so makes it restrictive

Liked: It was good for your money. And was good for night time

The hotel served its purpose

Liked: The location was good. Right next to the promenade.The breakfast was adequate.The room had sufficient facilities for our stay.
Disliked: The hotel just felt a bit dated.The lift wasn't working for most our stay. Not an issue for me but my wife has a knee operation soon. I could also see a lot of other elderly and those with mobility issues struggling.The shower could have been better.

Fantastic location and setting for...

Liked: Staff, entertainment, breakfast and location were all fantastic. We had a 4 year old with us that enjoyed its all as much as we did there’s really something for everyone.
Disliked: Our sea view room was lovely but the bathroom was tiny, for a family room it was extremely difficult to shower my little boy as the shower was tiny and the toilet was on top of it so you couldn’t really get near. The only problem we had all weekend.

I would stay here again...

Liked: Can't fault the breakfast could have as much as you wanted and a good variety of things to eat! The location was great for access to transport and within a reasonable distance of where I needed to be
Disliked: The single bed was way to small for me and the same with the shower cubicle

Liked: This hotel is amazing, Very welcoming and great facilities...Location is great, parking available on nearby side streets (Tyldesley Rd) or others.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike in my opinion

Liked: Staff. Good location
Disliked: Unfortunately we have problems with walking and the lift was broken We had 2flights of stairs to climb for 3days
