Recommended hotel

Liked: Pleased to see a lift.
Disliked: Disappointed that there was no disabled access into the hotel it was all steps, quite a few people commented on this, didn't think much of the entertainment on Sunday night a guy called Maurice Malone was not a very good singer and couldn't interact with the audience very well, breakfast was nice but service a bit slow, one man dishing up everyone as you qued up would be quicker with a self-service buffet.

Disappointed

Liked: Bar area was new Next to tram and bus stops
Disliked: Rooms very dated. Every floorboard creaky. Ensuite for skinny midgets No soap or bodywash provided Toilet paper see through. Toilet constantly drips.Towels provided but past sell by date Light over bed not working, nor repaired when requested Booked extra large toom but got given room with double AND SINGLE bed which reduced useable space
