Liked: The overall experience was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The temperature of the room was very warm on arrival. We opened all the windows in the room and turned off the radiator to a more acceptable temperature . Apart from that ,we were very customers. Thank you.

Very nice, I would stay...

Liked: Everything was comfortable and clean. The location was nicely accessible to restaurants.
Disliked: My door key did not work properly. The locksmith could not come until after I left in 6 days. But the staff with kind congeniality always helped me lock and unlock the door.

Lovely stay in the Lake...

Liked: A lovely hotel in a perfect location in Bowness. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, pubs and lake. The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower provided lovely hot water. Plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and milk was provided, along with a couple of lovely cookies. Cold filtered water was available out on the landing. Nice bar with fantastic views from the terrace. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of hot and cold, even a doughnut bar! Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing not to like, just a shame they don't do a dinner service.

Fantastic hotel, can’t wait to...

Liked: Absolutely lovely hotel, beautifully decorated. Breakfast service was great and food was delicious! Car parking was free which was handy and within walking distance from everything. I like that there was a gym and the terrace was great. Staff were all extremely welcoming and approachable. The room was comfortable and cosy.
Disliked: The only downside was that there was no food service for dinner if you can’t be bothered to head out, but there are plenty of places around close by. The room was a bit warm, even with the radiators off, and didn’t want to keep the window open overnight being in the ground floor.
