Very cosy stay!

Liked: Location is really good. Clean and comfortable rooms which felt very cosy. Breakfast is good, even if selection is slightly limited. Terrace is really nice and has lovely views.
Disliked: Needs member of staff permanently on bar and not between front desk and bar. Waited over 10mins to be served at bar whilst receptionist on the phone, did not acknowledge us and ended up leaving without getting a drink.

Liked: Nice decor in the communal area
Disliked: No air con in the room.Would have liked to have more than breakfast. Seemed a waste of the lovely communal area to not have lunch or even dinner. The hotel closed and all the staff went home before midnight. Felt unsafe a bit knowing there was no staff if you locked yourself out or an emergency happened. Also I felt that the keys to the room were all the same as they said the same key would get us into the building after hours as the room key… that suggested that all the room keys were the same…. Which is not good and does not make me as a guest feel safe. Over all experience was good and the few staff I met on duty were all lovely, I just felt there could have been more staff and more amenities for the price we paid
