Perfect view not nice sleep

Liked: I like the warm welcome and I loved the view
Disliked: The room felt very cramped and there were load noise all night which kept me awake

Liked: Excellent location; lovely breakfast; comfortable room; friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: The lack of a restaurant for evening meals was disappointing. Particularly so as the weather wS mostly lousy and we had to walk out in the rain each evening for something to eat.

Liked: The location was good, a 10 minute walk to lake Windemere. The restaurant and downstairs areas of the hotel was modern and a lovely environment to be in. The stairs and halls which were carpeted needed attention. The carpets were very dirty. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was modern and the towels were really good quality. The breakfast was amazing. Overall staying at the Craig Manor was good
Disliked: the carpets in the communal carpeted areas needs cleaning

Liked: Room was lovely great view of the lake and the staff were amazing (gave us free cookies!!)
Disliked: Slightly overpriced but still great value for the exceptional service provided

Liked: Lovely refurbed public areas.
Disliked: Bedroom decor needs refreshed a little. Did not like ground floor (cars parked directly at both windows- no blinds)

Liked: Everything was amazing, the staff, the breakfast, the view, the decor and the bed was the comfiest bed iv ever slept in.
