Liked: The location was ideal - the robes, the snack bag, the comfortable bed, the toiletries - all of it has been IDEAL!! 20/10

Lovely place in a great...

Liked: The Inn itself was gorgeous with a nice spacious room. The location was excellent
Disliked: They have moved to touchless checkin which meant I found no people to talk with at the location. I travel not be alone with the internet but to talk to people. Apparently, they were available for me to reach out, but I was unaware on how to do this. Basically, I hate touchless checkin if it implies there is no one around to talk with and get questions answered. So often this implies that a place is owned by a large corporation that has a call center in some different place to 'attempt' to answer questions.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable room, cool aesthetic, great location, tasty breakfast at Calistoga Roasters
Disliked: Room was very warm, hard to control temperature

Wonderful!

Liked: Great location (walk to shops and restaurants), clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful common areas/outdoor spaces, and well-stocked snacks and water. Very friendly owners and staff. The complimentary breakfast located a short distance away, is located in an upscale coffee house and offers a great selection of breakfast options and delicious coffee drinks.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit large. Consider using a smaller one as second pillow.

Liked: Nice location. Cute building. Loved the bathroom, the snacks, and parking.
Disliked: The loud AC unit. The way the keys were just left outside for check in. No person on site but we're easily able to communicate with via text. But, I would prefer to have someone on site.

Disliked: Probably unavoidable, but we heard a lot of what our neighbors said and did.

Liked: The place was beautiful and clean. When I booked, I was already in town and the owners were quick sending all the instructions and preparing the room. Everything worked perfectly, the hot water, the spa tub also, they gave a breakfast voucher with a very fair amount in a nice place. It couldnt be better!
