Disliked: Generator woke us up really early each morning.Our cabin was opposite a really unsightly construction site with trucks and gravel pit.The workers for this so called resort drove at breakneck speed around the compound despite the speed limit signs and with people walking on the shared road.Expensive for what it was… a basic cabin with no resort elements

Liked: Nothing much.
Disliked: The room was advertised as double beds but we were only given single beds. The extra bed that was promised was not provided. The exchange with the manager was not pleasant as she kept blaming us and booking.com for the issues. Although we were given a discount of 20% when we checked out, it is an over priced stay for an ordinary experience. In addition there was tripping hazard in front of our room and my wife tripped and fell down. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this place.

Liked: EVERYTHING! This was PERFECT! We will definitely be back if we were to visit Cradle Mountain again!- Bed came with heated blankets.- Each room came with an individual heater.- Bed was extremely comfortable.- Kitchenette came with some individual packets of coffee, tea and sugar.- Milk was provided every morning at the reception, free of charge.- TV came with a lot of channels with good signal.- Wifi worked well with no complaints.- Extremely close to the Visitor Centre (650m away) which is walkable to purchase the bus ticket for AUD$15.- Check-in process was extremely easy as I just picked up the keys and go!
Disliked: Nothing major really! We were just nit-picking the following:- Kitchen area was slightly small.- We had difficulty closing the bathroom door which resulted in a small flooding of the bathroom floor but that was an easy fix with towels.- I would recommend checking in before 5:00pm (reception closes at 5:00pm) so that staff can guide you on where your cabin is. When we arrived at 6:30pm, it was really dark and we had difficulty finding our cabin.
