Liked: Good location, very warm room
Disliked: Hotel is quite dated and the rooms are right on the main hallway so they are very noisy

Liked: The food was delicious, presentation was exceptional
Disliked: The beds were to soft as were the pillows As someone who does not drink alcohol, it would’ve been nice to have more variety of non alcoholic beverages ie mocktails and other non alcoholic beers/wine. There is plenty of non alcoholic drinks out there.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: Friendly staff and great location. Altitude restaurant was amazing, with first class dishes.
Disliked: A little dated, but still tidy and comfortable

Perfect base to explore Cradle...

Liked: The hotel is a short drive to the cradle mountain visitors centre to catch the bus into the national park. The room were comfortable and suited our needs. A buffet breakfast was included in our stay which was advantageous as dining options are limited in the area. There are washing and drying machines available for use free of charge. The staff were helpful and professional.

Amazing wait staff / fantastic...

Liked: The staff, particularly in the bar/restaurant area were amazing. Very friendly. Customer service was great. Quality of dinner was fantastic!
Disliked: Breakfast had quantity/variety not quality. Prices were high, particularly in restaurant, but to be expected given remote area.
