Disappointed the pool and sauna...

Disliked: The Drug use and discarded syringes in the streets nearby.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff; room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice lobby and comfortable seating area outside. Very convenient location, close to the train station.

Liked: Close to train station. Close to mary restaurants. Short walk to city center. Superb breakfast.
Disliked: Dust in our room.

Liked: Lobby and breakfast room were great, as was the pool area.
Disliked: The rooms were very basic and the beds were not at all comfortable. The corridors were awful and there was work going on and dust and noise. We left after the first night and stayed elsewhere.

Liked: Very close to train station. Good bed little noise from outside ment a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Disliked: It was a bit strange to ask reception for milk to take up to the room if you wanted to make tea or coffee in your room. No tea bags at breakfast buffet ( so take some from reception).

Liked: Staff at breakfast area were very helpful and quick responding with good manner. Breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was fresh and well organized.Reception area was big wide open and look nice. Many activities to do here. Fun for family.
Disliked: What disturbed my stay was the cleanliness.Even though the hotel is old, it can still be kept clean. The toilet bowl had yellow stains that looked very unpleasant. I tried to clean it myself, but it didn’t help. I suggest the hotel replace it.The housekeeping service was not consistent. Some days the room was cleaned properly, but on other days it seemed like they just dropped off the towels and left. The floor was not cleaned at all—almost like they vacuumed only once every 2–3 days. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned either.I once asked a housekeeper for a clean floor mat, but she didn’t help. I also asked the reception staff to help to ask housekeeper to clean the floor, but nothing was done on that day. It was only the next day, when the usual housekeeper came back, that I asked her—and she was very willing to help. She was polite and spoke nicely.I think it would be good to improve the housekeeping work planning system and provide training to ensure a standard of cleanliness in room cleaning.
