Liked: The rooms are decorated nicely, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed in room 2.1 and it was nice big windows (but these do look directly in to other apartments so no privacy when coming out the bathroom/shower!) location is good 15 minutes walk from the station and you are in the heart of Utrecht. They send a good email with recommendations on before you arrive which was useful and the key system was also good for us, it was on our mobile so you need battery, Tea and coffee in the room which was great, (but no milk) I would personally stay here again as it suited us well because of the location, but I am not sure I would be able to recommend it to many people based on noise internally and externally. We didn’t need to contact the host at any point but we did feel wellCommunicated with before during and after our stay
Disliked: The downside is purely noise and noting to do with the accommodation itself, even with ear plugs it is very noisey and we are heavy sleepers. We were woke up at 6am with road sweepers and beeping and church bells go on for ages…they already provide ear plugs and for us it really wasn’t to much bother but a lay in would of been nice, if you like your sleep and you enjoy quite then not for you. When we stayed there was a group of guests who were also very loud (again no fault of the owners) but to be aware there isn’t much soundproofing from hallway to bedrooms so this woke us up each time they left/arrived back. Overall cleaning on arrival could have been better as floors were dirty and still food/dirt on the floors. Extra/more visible plugs would be good.

Fantastic location, lovely room

Liked: Fantastic location, quiet room despite being in a busy shopping street. Digital key worked well. Room was lovely.
Disliked: As a solo traveller, I did miss any interaction with a real person. Good to know there isn't an elevator.

Great room in a great...

Liked: The bed was great, good pillows too. Loved that you could make tea and coffee in the morning before going out. Really lovely people down at the shop that let us leave our luggage there both before and after our stay.
Disliked: Not very sound proof door to the staircase, one could hear a lot of the neighbours coming and going. Wish there were more accessible outlets for phone charging.

Liked: Style of the room and location.
Disliked: I arrived at mid-day on Monday. Worst day of the week as there is no provision for arrivals. It seems strange to have booked in and and checked out without any interaction from staff. A bit impersonal.

Heart of town, very comfortable!...

Liked: Great location and very cute little room - amazingly comfortable bed!
Disliked: Only phone access means if u leave it behind or it goes flat - u r screwed and can’t gain access - should be a backup as there is no staff
