The Cozy Inn is exactly what the name says. Me and my husband stayed here for a one-year wedding anniversary. We were going to go to the Orange County Fair to see a concert and wanted some place close. The staff here are very friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and updated. They had a nice pool even though we did not utilize it, the weather was so nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Wi-Fi sux!

Overall very decent room and...

Liked: I liked that it was a very decent sized room as well as it had a nice bathroom size. I also liked that it was fairly quiet throughout my stay.
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't offer breakfast or even at least coffee. I believe my recipet was about $84 and to me I don't think that's a reasonable price for a standard room. It should be half of that if not less.

Practical solution at that time...

Liked: Check in was fluent. I was treated with an orange.

We don't mind old motels...

Disliked: Floor was filthy! My daughter's feet turned black after running around the next day. We got in too late to complain about the dirty wash rag left hanging in the shower. The drawers in the dresser were not cleaned, they still had trash in them. Our ice bucket was dirty. We told the manager at the front desk and he told us to wait for housekeeping. We told housekeeping and they did nothing but get the dirty towel. Our pillows were flat and we had to ask for new ones. We were given one.

Liked: It was a slumlord wretched filthy fraud.
Disliked: Filth bed never cleaned or painted in decades.
