Very good

Liked: The Ambiance. Nice and Quiet. Nice home. Only heard one person come upstairs and go back down and out on the second day. Probably checking if we needed anything. Which we had the no disturb sign out.
Disliked: Would have liked a couch to relax on. And perhaps a Danish or breakfast bars for an on the go breakfast. Maybe a table top ice maker. I have a bad back so the bed was too firm for me but was fine for my husband.

Spotlessly clean, very quiet and...

Liked: We stayed two nights in the Cozy House and thought it was perfect for our needs. The owner was really helpful and has thought of everything you could need. Even bath robes and Werthers candy as extra kind touches. Loved having a laundry and a big fridge to store things.

comfy stay and would like...

Liked: very close to the fall, only takes about 10 mins. the host is very friendly and quick response. free parking at the side of the house. the house is clean.

Never again in this place!

Liked: Please do not advertise this B&B. Breakfast is not part of the deal , you have “ to pay extra”. The “snacks they pretend to offer are few old cookies, no fruits ( as they pretend to offer! We haven’t seen the owner either, got the entrance code by text. Although is walking distance from Falls, the area is not nice at all, old , unkept houses and neglected yards, looks unsafe. The advertised “ renovation “ was poorly done, horrible colors, room was small, the bathroom floor was dirty, hair all around. A Japanese family occupied the upstairs rooms, by 11 pm the noise was horrible like they tried to demolish the rooms, the water was running- most likely they decided to take a bath! So , for a while I will stay away from B&Bs, these places are more for profit now, the advertising is a lie!
