Liked: it is located very quiet area.The kitchen in the room is well furnished. And appreciate the water facility in the lobby, mini snake bar.
Disliked: Maybe I book the wrong room for one Double bed, so they give us one double bed.So we need to pay extra money to change( upgrade) to family room.

Excellent customer service.

Liked: The location was great. It was a clean area and essentials were a 10 min walking distance (OXXO convenience store) and so was public transit. Due to COVID-19 the Frida Kahlo museums were closed unfortunately. The best part of my stay was the customer service from the manager Adrian and his employees. They were very helpful about any thing I needed. For example, I was feeling a bit cold indoors so they provided me with two additional heaters. They also were helpful with the wifi connection problem (because of the location of my room specifically) and when I left something behind during my stay, Adrian was so helpful in making sure I was able to retrieve it. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily unless otherwise requested. It was equipped with everything you could need (a fridge, stove, private bathroom and shower and a TV).
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about my stay. The room was perfect and the customer service was very good. The only issue was speed of wifi but they gave me like 5 different ones to try, so one of them always worked better than the others.
