Liked: Pleasant lobby, clean rooms, delicious warm breakfast burritos, on-site laundry
Disliked: Dirty windows (maybe just the dusty southwest?), front office member who checked me in was pleasant, helpful, but never smiled. I was glad to see him, he didn't seem glad to greet a customer.

Liked: The people are friendly and helpful and the price is more than reasonable. The homemade breakfast burritos and green chiles make it exceptional for the price. This was a pleasant and welcoming place to be. Thank you!

Disliked: Typical stuffy motel room. The floor was wet in places.

Liked: The front desk people were very nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The hotel water and cold water in our room was reversed.Breakfast did not open on time. It was supposed to open at 7:00, but still was not open at 7:20.

Horrible Service

Liked: It was clean and stylish.
Disliked: The desk person at arrival was rude. I asked he to confirm that we had a handicapped accessible room, she ignored me the first three times. I asked her a fourth time and she told me no we didn't. She was rather grumpy. We tried to cancel the room because we need handicap access and she told me to go through Booking.com to cancel. When I contacted them, they contacted the hotel and were told the cancellation fee was equal to the stay. We stayed.
