Very poor

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Me and my Fiancé wanted a last getaway before our baby is due in June. This is the 3rd time we have been here since April 2024. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our stay was spoiled due to the room. The bed was by far, the worse bed we have ever slept on. Extremely creeky and our backs were killing. Got next to no sleep. The carpet was not laid correctly and was wavey through out. Multiple times we tripped and with my fiancé being heavily pregnant, this was really dangerous. Lastly, the window would not shut, so had to turn the heating on and off throughout the night. Outside noise was loud. The room we were in was C12. I would recommend not letting anyone else stay in this room. Very disappointed, considering we loved our stay in April and Septembef 2024.

Disliked: My husband and I were rudely interrupted eating our main meal to pay for a coupe of drinks that we had already had at the start of meal, it was so rude, ruined our meal, we are guests and the room number was there , absolutely no need to interrupt us , we were not going to run away, the waiter leaned over us to collect the bill/folder and my husband had to put his knife and fork down to get his wallet out of his back pocket, it was totally inappropriate, not good service at all.

Excellent would definitely come back.

Liked: Leisure facilities, breakfast and dinner was excellent, great staff.
Disliked: Room a bit dated but was still good, kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we had a good sleep in our room, too many dogs, one guest brought two wet dogs into the reception seating area in the evening, it was very busy they were jumping around next to the seats and didn't smell the greatest, could have been dried off at least before bringing them into the seating area, asked for an extra night but no rate was offered, advised to try online??? apart from that everything was great.
