Beautiful estate with excellent facilities

Liked: The estate is stunning, and the rooms are very spacious. The spa and pool area are exceptional and offer a great place to relax. There are several dining options within the hotel, all of which serve very good food.
Disliked: The downside was that the room was quite dark, and did not had a bathtub as originally booked, which was a bit inconvenient since we were traveling with a baby.

Disliked: No porters. We took our own luggage in and out of the room. The front desk staff helped us.

Disliked: There was no elevator. Escalators are high.After complaining they gave us and a stable room that still had stairs and was dusty and we are allergic.The style is too pretensions! Should be more English old style as an old palace not pretending to be vintage.
