Disliked: Better facilities for example small table and chairs some drinking glasses and cutlery Maybe a microwave and a toaster would be helpfulDefinitely some hand soap in the bathroom

Liked: Location, quiet and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The heating hadn't been turned on and it took over an hour for it to start to feel comfortable.There was no toilet paper on the holder, I did eventually find a single roll in the under sink cupboard. Only 1 coffee sachet, 2 tea bags one of which was in a stained wrapper from previous occupants.I know that there were contact details, but housekeeping should have ensured all was ready for a guests arrival. Poor for the price.

Dirty stained bedding and poor...

Liked: Ideal location, used before.
Disliked: We booked a cabin for 4 people. 2 adults 2 children. Disappointed as there was 1 double and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was not made up plus there was no bedding for it and only enough towels for 2 ppl. Tried phoning but no answer. Went across to forage shop who phoned someone to come to cabin Person arrived and told us she doesn’t get told who or how many are staying in the cabin plus we have to make up the bed and that the pillows and duvet were in cupboard. However they were disgusting, filthy and stained. Said person went away to get covers and sort it. We got given a new duvet and 2 pillows from another cabin along with rest of bedding and we then had to make the bed. I feel as we booked for 4 ppl this should have been done for us!! The sofa bed was rock hard and not that clean. Pillows and duvets should be thoroughly cleaned regularly or replaced when soiled. Not expensive. No pillow protectors on any of the pillows and they were in a poor dirty state. Not overly impressed and although we have stayed many times before unfortunately we will not be returning. Very disappointing. Cleanliness is so important and costs very little.

So much potential let down...

Liked: Cozy within a farm development.
Disliked: Property wasn’t clean (excrement in the toilet, pubic hair in the sink and long hair on the bed, plus stains on the cushions and bedding). I called the help number and John came over to resolve the issues, but proceeded to clean the toilet brush in the bathroom sink!Bed was very uncomfortable (when sitting on the mattress you could feel the bed.
