NAPLES UNDERSTATED LITTLE GEM

Liked: The King Suite Efficiency is a perfect room. Great bedding, great view of the Marina, nice little kitchen. Rooms are updated in a classy Coastal Florida style.The location is great for walking the upscale neighborhood to the beach and 3rd Street South restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Breakfast is available but at cost as the cafe is privately run, we ate only one day and enjoyed it very much and was fairly priced. Both restaurants on site are very good. Free car parking was a bonus, Easy checking in with good info from reception guy even gave us extra coffee for the room. The Tikki bar is very good value with the pass provided by Cove at check in.
Disliked: Reception is still under going a makeover so some building work is ongoing .

Great short stay place.

Liked: Great location on Naples Dock. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Sweet Liberty sailing excursions from within a 100 yards of the hotel are really enjoyable. Pool is nice.The refurbishment of the lobby wasn't very inconvenient. Nice facilities in the rooms.
