How can a hotel that I spent $240 a night for not have A/C? We couldn't even get ready for the show at the Regency because it was a sauna in our room. The audacity to throw a few pieces of Ikea furniture and fixtures and call it a boutique hotel! The check-in clerks were rude but the gentlemen at the desk upon check out were 100 times nicer. We usually stay at the Prescott when Hank III comes to SF but they had no vacancies. Guess I'll make reservations with them way in advance and stick to what I know as a reliably nice hotel. Cova Hotel plain and simply sucks!
