Traveling with seniors, the parking...

Liked: It was clean. Wish we had breakfast included.
Disliked: Wish we got the city view we reserved. Traveled with seniors so they did not want to move after we got settled.Also the staff would not print an itemized detail of my checkout. Claimed I'd have to get it from Booking.com. Never been told that before. I've always received a printout at checkout.

Disliked: Only thing I didn't like was that they didn't clean the room. I don't believe I made it clear that I wanted it clean tho so thats one on me nit the staff. The staff was great. Everyone!

Liked: Overpriced and few options.
Disliked: The room with a “city view” was staring at a parking garage. The room we were moved to had a better view but smelled like it had been smoked in and covered up with massive perfume. The window had greasy forehead prints on it. One of the tvs didn’t work. Coffee maker also didn’t work. The heated pool wasn’t very heated my daughters lips were chattering within 10 min.
