Overall bad and expensive experience....

Liked: Very dirty with construction going on, should be closed during construction. Hallways smelled like marijuana. Staff at desk not to friendly. I asked for a complimentary bottle of water and they said, " the gift bags are not for "regular" members.
Disliked: See aboveThe food was good but very overpriced! The server was very nice. Parking was 16.50Also tub surface very slippery and no mat or grab rails, very dangerous.

Terrible, they could have given...

Disliked: I did not get to stay at the hotel. I arrived after a 2 hour drive only to be told that the hotel was over booked and I was sent to another hotel that they said was 7 minutes away. The other hotel was actually 15 minutes from my event and was dirty and nasty.

This hotel is SO not...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and climate control fine.
Disliked: Everything was dated and the room was pretty dark – not a cheery or welcoming place – but I was thankful that the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Just slept there.

My stay was pretty good...

Liked: The staff were as helpful as they could’ve been! Room was cleaned, I stayed on the 9th floor, the hotel was clean and very quiet!
Disliked: Booking through a third party with this property is a BIG INCONVENIENCE! Be aware.

We were meeting friends for...

Liked: It was a convenient location.
Disliked: The room was not clean, I found a contact lens on the bedside table, someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink and there was no complimentary water or coffee and breakfast in the morning.
