Liked: Good location, ocean front room is def worth it.
Disliked: Housekeeping is only every other day. Balcony is nice however with the AC just on the other side of the wall, it puts out a lot of heat for anyone sitting on that end

First best time beach day
Liked: The stay was amazing. Feel of relief when our reservation was all correct. I love this place will come back again.
Disliked: Starbucks being closed

Easy check-in and out process...
Liked: Rooms very clean.Direct access to the beach.Well maintained property.
Disliked: Construction in the lobby that was not mentioned during booking.Parking was extremely tight and we had to park across the street. Paid parking.One front desk attendant while not rude was a bit curt and doesn’t truly exhibit the customer service platform we’ve come to expect from Marriott.

Great location and value!
Liked: Location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the boardwalk/strip.
Disliked: They need to fix the key system, the keys seem to get erased pretty often and you have to have them reprogrammed. I've found that if you keep the key away from any other credit cards or phones its fine. Also I wish the beds were Queens and not double. But those are minimal and won't keep me from staying there again.

Overall, my stay was disappointing...
Liked: Location of the property.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel did not meet expectations. The bathroom had dirty towels upon arrival, which was disappointing. The room door was difficult to operate—it required force to open and close, and the handle felt loose, indicating poor maintenance. Additionally, the reception staff lacked courtesy and professionalism; they were neither welcoming nor proactive in offering assistance. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of attention to both guest comfort and service quality.
