Disliked: Description said restaurant on site. Only open during breakfast. Bar limited hours also. Disappointing and would not stay again.

Overall, it was okay, but...

Liked: The staff were very attentive and friendly, making the experience welcoming and enjoyable.
Disliked: I was very disappointed with this gym. The location was small, the equipment was very minimal and outdated, and the air ventilation was poor. Since having access to a quality gym is very important to me, this experience fell far below my expectations.

Disliked: We were there for one week and not one day did the housekeeper come to our room. If we needed toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk and ask if we need towels we had to lay them in the hallway and the housekeeper or somebody would drop off new ones. We had to take our trash down the hall to the trashcan . They were supposed to come every other day to refresh the room. The maid service was not in our room one time from Saturday when we checked in till we left the following Saturday.! Parking was atrocious. We had five people in a two room suite so we had two cars they told us the second car could not stay on hotel property or even in their overflow parking garage across the street. We had to park two streets down in a public parking garage. We did that one night the following morning we went to the desk and told them we had elderly people we could not walk two blocks just to get the car. They did give us another parking pass, but the parking garage charged a $67 for one day. We paid $18 a day per car to park in a facility that we paid almost $4000 to stay in for the week. That is absolutely ridiculous.
