Excellent staff but a very...

Liked: The location is great and the staff were wonderful.
Disliked: The property is very worn and torn. The beds were in poor shape. It really needs a renovation. Also was not notified by the property that restaurant hours and days were different than advertised.

Fantastic

Liked: The guest service representative Christine was the most pleasant. She made my day after such a long travel day she was absolutely fantastic and knowing that kindness is free she is such a ray of sunshine as being the first person I encountered Rather than the person I spoke to on the phone about arriving early. I had a couple of questions and before I could get the second one out she hung up. I was grateful it wasn’t her I dealt with when I arrived she seemed to busy. But she was there.
Disliked: The location,the ocean,the room and the housekeepers was really nice

Liked: The room we reserved was not available and instead of a king we were given a full. Also was not advised of this until after we had carried everything to our room. Staff was unable to move us to king we had reserved because they had oversold that type room. The continental breakfast option that was included with room rate was not available because staff was shorthanded, but we could pay for the $16 per person breakfast buffet.

Liked: The location of the property was perfect! Easy beach and boardwalk access
Disliked: I think that the decor of the room could be updated. It was a little outdated. The room needs more drawer space. Brighter lighting in the vanity area would be great too
