I wasn't comfortable due to...

Disliked: The furniture was stained with something. The sheets were not clean. I asked the staff for towels and was never given any. The staff never cleaned the room in the am.

Liked: It was clean and tidy. Very good location with parking facilities.
Disliked: Per day charges are high without breakfast. It should include free breakfast for billed amount. There was no electric kettle to boil the water to make a tea/coffee.Person who was on duty doesn't know how to check my booking when i am checking to hotel. She was telling there was no booking for me even i show my confirmation. Finally she was able to find my booking and allocated the room for us.

Disliked: The receptionist Charge my stay twice. I have called them more than 7 times, and I still don't get my money back.

Disliked: Bar was closed because bartender was sick

Disappointing for the price.

Liked: The lobby is beautiful and the bar is nice.
Disliked: There is no sound proofing in the rooms. I could hear my neighbor holding his east coast work meeting at 5 am like he was standing in the room with us. The AC and the toilet that never stopped running was also very loud. The layout of the hotel is also confusing - rooms 1-29 is on one side of the hotel and 30 onwards is on another side with different elevators. When I first got here, the attendant directed me to the wrong elevator to use.
