Comfortable and a good price.

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed meeting and chatting with David in the Bistro/bar area. The motel is close to Cracker-barrel and other restaurants.
Disliked: The room we stayed in looked very tired, and in need of a revamp. The carpet was frayed around the entry door, and badly stained.

Property a little dated but...

Liked: It was easy to get to; right off the highway.
Disliked: The entry to the property itself was a little tricky to get in to especially when you’ve been driving for long hours.

Front desk personnel were great.

Liked: It was ok. Wish you had free breakfast.
Disliked: Elevator working.

Could not stay here. Didn’t...

Disliked: Could not stay here. Lady at front desk could not get booking.com to come up. She gave us a room anyway, same price. Ran my card and then told me the elevator was broken. My husband is handicapped, so that didn’t work. Told her I had to cancel and she should have told me about the elevator first.She was not very computer literate. She couldn’t cancel the room. The other staff couldn’t do it either. They finally called someone for help and got some information. Got off the phone and said they missed one little step. Printed out a 0.00 receipt, so hope it doesn’t show up on my acct.We have been traveling for two weeks and have used a different hotel almost every night. This is the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Very poor

Liked: I appreciated the friendliness and professional demeanour of the front desk staff most of all. It's really comforting to have a helpful, courteous person help with check in after a long, gruelling day on the road.
Disliked: There were no trash can liners in the cans in the room. Also a big stain in the carpet by the can in the room. Kinda gross but what can you do? I had some grocery bags so I just used for the trash can.
