Liked: Nice tv set
Disliked: They did not clen your room daily. For the price breakfast should have been included.The breakfast they served was not good and expensive.

We got no sleep.

Liked: The location is convenient to the port.
Disliked: Our room was by the pool where they blasted loud music ALL NIGHT LONG. The rooms are poorly insulated; we could also hear street noise all night.

Disliked: Elevators needed to be vacuumed no linen for day bed and valet needed help

Liked: The staff was exceptional. Especially the lady at the Bistro that runs the register and front desk was very nice! Great hotel and I enjoyed my stay and will return!

Very unhappy with our stay.

Disliked: I do not like the fact that we showed up a little bit early (1pm) For check-in which we understand we were early but we were told we would be called my telephone once the room was ready. I eventually called them back at 8 o'clock that night and they said yes, the room had been ready since 1 o'clock PM. I do not understand why I was given the runaround period the next morning. We went down for breakfast which was included in my hotel. Booking price and I even showed them the receipt. They finally okay to us to eat breakfast, but by the time we went in to breakfast at 8:30. They had already taken everything down and away. So needless to say we paid for breakfast. We did not get. I am completely unsatisfied. It has been a nightmare of dealing with this place.

Given Someone Else's Room at...

Liked: Loved how close it was to everything and the self parking directly across the street.
Disliked: I called ahead to let them know I was looking at a midnight check-in and was traveling with my kids, so I wanted to have a crib and room set aside. When I checked in, I was sent to room 227, which was already occupied with someone in the room. The front desk had to go investigate and swore no one should have been in the room. It was scary. After waiting for the investigation, we were assigned another room 211 right by the elevators, so my Littles woke with the early risers who were starting their day and using the elevator. I couldn't hardly sleep, afraid someone would come walking in the room. I have never been in this challenging position while traveling and definitely feel that this location didn't meet the Courtyard brand recognition that I would expect. After my work event, a Habitat build, I returned, packed my belongings, and checked out early.
