Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City

The room was arranged differently than a normal hotel room, with an edgy feel. Trees outside the window made for great privacy!

Liked: Very clean. Remodel was very nicely done.

Liked: Comfy beds
Disliked: The pool was not accessible after 11pm.

Liked: It was very clean and nice .
Disliked: The pool was extremely cold and they didn’t do anything to fix it After letting them know a few times about the problem . Maintenance was very rude !

Liked: I don’t like how it was not included in the stay.
Disliked: The rooms and hallways all had an unpleasant odor. It reeked like the carpets had been flooded. I requested a room change multiple times because of this, but I ultimately decided to purchase a plug-in air freshener to mitigate the smell. The room itself was not clean. There was rust in the bathroom sink and stains on the walls beneath the desk. Additionally, there were stains on the couch and its upholstery.

The Courtyard was just okay...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating no complaints there.
Disliked: When we got in our room and finally got settled after eating dinner, and being on the road all day. We get to go put our leftovers in the fridge but noticed little bugs on the door and around the refrigerator and microwave. When I looked closer I seen that the little bugs were ants and not roaches still doesn’t justify anything tho, the shower had major cracks around the tile in the corners. I woke to an ant crawling on my arm. The ants made my stay very uncomfortable
