Convenient but definitely not impressive.

Liked: The room was clean, but never cleaned or replenished during our stay. The facility was next to the river which was nice, but our room was right next to a noisy street and the stair door which closed very loudly.
Disliked: Ridiculously expensive so I avoided having any meals at the hotel. I had dinner due to exhaustion and found the food unimpressive an VERY expensive. The stair door right across the hall from our room was incredible loud! The coffee supply was not replenished and our garbage was overflowing by the time we left. The TV kept going to the home screen randomly.

Decent option for a visit...

Liked: Nice location; easy to find, lots of surrounding parking, and in close walking distance to a wonderful river walking path and local sites/eateries. Even though we were there to visit Whitworth University, a short 17-minute drive north, I was glad to stay in town to see more of the city for the short time we were there.
Disliked: The rooms are a stark contrast to the nice, modern-looking front/desk reception area, which makes them look more-dated. But other than looks, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for the two nights we were there.

Would I stay there again?...

Liked: The lobby was nice. Very updated.
Disliked: We paid almost 800.00 for 2 regular rooms for one night. Was it worth it...not really. There was only one elevator and it was not very close to the lobby. The rooms were not very nice, instead of upgrading the lobby perhaps the rooms should have been done first. They were like a 1990's hotel room.

Okay but way over-priced.

Liked: Did not have breakfast as we had to buy it
Disliked: Staff not very friendly, not helpful with room rates. Room was disappointing- on the first floor, looking at the parking lot. Room did not seem very clean. Bedspread had stains on it.
