Superb

Luxurious but food was a...

Liked: The reception lady was lovely. The room was very luxurious with a comfy bed and Netflix. We slept well, shame about the food situation.
Disliked: The bistro was closed for evening food as no chef. Also the breakfast price included - it was not clear this is a capped value to be used in the over- priced bistro so the breakfast was not value for money.

Great location for doctor appointments...

Liked: Very quiet. We had a room next to the elevator and we didn’t hear it at all. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: A television didn’t work. Think it just needed to be plugged in because the light bar didn’t work either. Couldn’t find the plug in. Light next to the bed was unplugged also, but with some contortionist moves I was able to get it to work.

Love the facility and food....

Liked: Excellent food and wait staff. Particularly loved the dinner, especially the soup and cheese sandwich. The chef was outstanding.
Disliked: Consistency in cleaning the room. Over 5 days, we had to report to the front desk 3 times that our room had not been cleaned. Someone then brought clean towels, but it was disappointing to return to a room that had not been cleaned.

Exceptional value within walking distance...

Liked: Excellent overall. The room was extremely large & so incredibly comfortable. I had a light dinner in their restaurant—amazingly great grilled chicken sandwich with a salad & super cheesecake for dessert. The gracious chef even came out of the kitchen to help me select a salad dressing.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything!

Something to Think About When...

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The staff was very polite.
Disliked: Parking at the hotel was confusing. The parking garage is below the hotel. There is no parking lot or parking on the street. I was curious why there were no screens on the windows. The luggage carts were impossible to find. The staff did find us one when we checked in. When we checked out, we were told that there were only 6 luggage carts. The other guests must have had them in their rooms before check out time? My daughter found one in the parking garage when she took some of our items to our truck. I had asked for a room that was close to the elevator as I have bad knees. I don't think that was addressed.
