Liked: Room was clean and location was perfect. Quite spacious inside.
Disliked: Ubers and Lyfts cant park outside entrance to pick up - they have to park on the side street which is a little walk. Not great for seniors

Liked: The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The lobby was welcoming and had everything we could need. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The location wasn’t great for walking around, but it is close to the War Memorial Opera House, which is what we needed.

Liked: Comfortable beds, good toiletries, very clean, accommodating staff. Hotel looked renovated.
Disliked: Even though the hotel's location might be convenient for tourists, it's at the edge of the Tenderloin area which is quite unsafe, and it's surrounded by some dodgy-feeling streets.
