We stayed one night and it was enjoyable; staff was very helpful and friendly.
Liked: Very clean hotel.
Disliked: Hotel bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night.

They need to update to...
Liked: They do a good job with the cleaning.
Disliked: The air unit is one of those old fashion type and it was LOUD, so to stay cool you have to put up with noise. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke up with a sore neck and headache every morning. Sofa couch is hard and the bed is right next to the window air unit so you get cold air blowing on you whenever it's on. They kept forgetting to put shampoo in our bathroom so my husband walked down to the front desk at 7:30 am twice to ask for some. Called the front desk with a question and was put on infinite hold. No noise insulation. We could hear the people above stomp around at 5:30 am getting ready to leave. The location is great, very close to Seaworld. It is clean.

Won?t be back!!
Disliked: Pool was out of service and that?s the reason we booked it was because it was an indoor pool and had what sounded like furniture moving above our room all night staff was very rude when asked about the pool.

Worst experience ever.
Liked: Staff was friendly location and shuttle to seaworld. That's all.
Disliked: Pool was closed the 3 daya 2 nights we were there....only.reason why I booked the hotel in the first place was beacuse of the pool. One of my children has autism and swimming is his passion and I had to calm him the whole time because all he wanted to do was swim...also the Wi-Fi was horrible no connection no signal which also helps with my child. Never staying here again or recommending. No one could tell me why the pool was closed and they never had a correct time when it would be open...one said tomorrow and another staff memwber said it would be days. Also room was never vacuum or dusted the second day we were there we got back from Seaworld and beds were made bathroom was not cleaned well we still had crumbs on the carpet. Over priced hotel for all the issues we had. Will be staying at Hilton next time better experience there.

Liked: It was centrally located. Easy to get to everything. Very convenient for SeaWorld using the shuttle
Disliked: Our rooms definitely needed a new mattress.. you could definitely feel the springs

Liked: Bed was comfortable and the room was clean
Disliked: The pool which was the main attraction was closed the entire time we were here. We didn't get any announcement on the website or when we arrived.

Liked: Amazing! Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Super comfortable beds. Pool was great. Staff was very nice and always helpful! Close to a lot of things to do and place to eat!
Disliked: Nothing! I truly loved it!

Liked: The location was PERFECT for us because we were going to Sea World. We also visited the San Antonio Zoo so that was a little further but we were still pleased with the short drive. It can't be in both places. It was a very pleasant experience and our rooms with balconies were wonderful and very spacious with a nice view. THANK YOU for taking care of us especially since it was an overall expensive 4 days with the other events we took part in. We will definitely return to this location again in the future with our family.
Disliked: The only thing was cold coffee from the Bistro. We got it every morning and it was always just warm, not hot. Also although I know you reserve wait staff at the pool for probably weekends, we were there on Friday afternoon and into the night at the pool as were a LOT of others. It was very full and I believe someone taking our drink orders and food orders would have been much better. We spent hundreds of dollars over the course of several days just on this service. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
