Sagging uncomfortable beds. Excellent staff...

Liked: Staff, location, and bistro were excellent.
Disliked: Beds were extremely uncomfortable and sank in the middle. Pillows were flat and truly unsupportive. Four out of five members of our party had back pain and neck pain on all three days that we stayed in your hotel.
